Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

Happy Easter Weekend!  I'm not sure which holiday is worse for my willpower...Halloween or Easter!!!   I would never think of going out and buying a Peanut Butter cup...but put it in the shape of an egg I can't resist!!!     Lots to do today!  Mom and I are getting pedicures then I have to make up the Easter Baskets so I have time to run to Walmart if anyone's seems short. I tried not to over buy this year but that fell through the cracks...lol. The worst part of the day will be getting DH to try on his summer clothes so I'm not running out at the last minute trying to find him the things he needs. He can be so stubborn with a capital S!!!!   I have absolutely nothing planned for my eats today...that could be disastrous!!  I weigh myself everyday but since Sunday our official LW one I will try to keep that in mind when I'm making decisions!

I hope you enjoyed your time out with your DH!!  I had a pretty non eventful morning with my Mom and then I went straight home and did the baskets.  I KNEW if I stopped any where I would buy more things for their baskets and they are so full now I could was happy the Easter bags I put them in were very strong.

I would feel so quilty if I ate much mac n cheese....lol.  2 tbs. are my limit and I don't do that very often.

Hi Roz!

I am cooking Easter dinner for the whole family and truthfully not a lot to do till tomorrow!

We're going to Easter Vigil tonight at 9.

 

B scrambled egg, turkey sausage, peppers, onions mushrooms, WW toast

S grapefruit, cheese stick rolled in deli turkey

L veggie salad with salmon

S cottage cheese, frozen mixed fruit

D I think pizza

S ???

miles 60 minute walk, vites good, fluids 7 so far, but will get more!]

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 2/3 cup peanuts 
L - protein shake (30g)
S - edamame
S - NutThins and cheese
D - fried chicken w/sour cream for dipping (I got that from Huneypie and I wanted to try it)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Sounds like lots of fun Roz.  We spent the day at a friends and then DS#1 was an alter boy during the  evening Easter Vigil mass - so it's been a long day and a very late night!  Well spent, but exhausting.

B:  Coffee then protein yogurt = 38g

L:  Deli ham w/ lite Swiss cheese = 18g

S:  Protein shake = 23g

S:  Protein greek yogurt = 30g

D:  Beef curry and eggplant/chickpea curry = ?

Late S:  Protein greek yogurt = 30g

Water no so good - vits yes - 90 minutes at the gym early this morning!
