WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Happy Easter!!!! I'm Praying you all of a relaxing fun filled day! I'm sure the Easter Bunny has already made his visits to see our Grandkids and I'm excited to give them the baskets we have filled. They added extra Church Services today so we are all going to the late one so no one has to rush around. I think I'll go tan a little before DH gets up....catch you all later!

Breakfast: 3 c coffee with sf creamer & splenda, boiled egg, cuttie orange
Lunch: At family members house, I plan on a spoonful of whatever I want within reason. We always end up w a huge variety I am making green bean casserole, deviled eggs and sweet potato casserole.
Dinner. Beef fajita one low carb shell
Snacks: protein in coffee because I plan to Not eat only protein at lunch
Exercise/vitamins/water: none/vitamins 1 batches done, 3 to go 2-3, 20 oz bottles of water, 36 oz of coffee is my plan. I will bring a water w me to Easter lunch and fini**** before I eat ( give the rest a head start, so I am not done so much earlier)

Hi Roz. Drove to MI yesterday and got to see the girls this morning - was a surprise for them! Wynn really had the Easter egg hunt thing down, Vivi didn't. We all had a good time. Eating wasn't that good..

Pineapple upside down cake sounds wonderful! I skipped the potatoes and took a couple bites of some chocolate cake my sister made. She made a pie that looked beautiful that she said was peach but she left out the cream cheese part so after a couple of bites I decided it would be best not to fini****
