Wow, it my 4 yr surgerverary!!

Four years ago I had my RNY and never looked back. After some minor issues in the hospital, I came home to a very boring recovery and easy transitions from one phase to the next. In the first year, I lost all my excess weight and got off all my medications. I got down to 111 but over the past 3 yrs have creeped back up to 129ish. My body scans show 19-23% fat, which is below normal. I go to muscle pump 2x a week and yoga weekly as well as walking 1.5mile almost daily. I had surgery to get my life back and I did. I ride my large pony, drive my little pony and thoroughly enjoy my mobility. Loosing weight didn't fix my bad knee but it made my knee replacement surgery easier.

And this site and been a part of my journey from beginning to end. I couldn't have done it without you guys. thanks for hanging in there with me.
