Hi Price,

Hope they get your computer fixed.  They had to restore mine to the original settings.  Luckily I got to back all my files up and restored them when she was finished with it.  It is working much faster now.  I'm still having issues at home, but I did call Dish and talk with them and we are trying something and hoping it will work better.  At least I'm on the internet now!!

I'm lucky I have never had a virus before which I have always said was because I am the only one on my computer.  but this one was bad.  Luckily, it did not seem to get to my files or data, banking etc.  The only problem with the laptop is that I don't have my quickbooks, contact list and can't seem to make it recognize the printer.  Ug.  Maybe mine will come home soon.
