Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them occasionally while I'm having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's!!!! Well March is definitely coming in like a Lion in our neck of the woods.  We got 5 inches already and it is coming down steady.  DH says the roads are really bad.

I swear our lives revolve around drama!!! DD#3 who is having her baby on Tuesday came home to a flooded house last night.  It's only 2 years old.  The Fridge's hose came loose.  Their beautiful kitchen and dining room floors are ruined and their brand new finished basement was partially drenched.  And then to complete the day...her 2 best squads who are competing in Dallas (she couldn't go and had to watch them via phone) both fell in their routines last night.

Maintenance:   6+ years out and started the new year right on target!!!

Breakfast:  1/2 serving of Oatmeal

Lunch/Dinner:      Going to a baby dedication

Snack:      80 Calorie Lit n Fit Greek Yogurt with Cherries

Snack:      3 TB. of Popcorn

Roz

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

Hoping the coming week is much, much better for you and yours, Roz.
We're putting Newton down on Tuesday. Hubby made the appointment. He carried him the whole way on their last walk this morning.

Oh my Roz....how unfortunate.  A new baby coming and all that too.  I'm feeling better after the sinus surgery.  Finally able to breathe thru my nose at least on one side.

I bought a new and unfortunately my old one was off about 10 lbs. and not in my favor.  Not good but I can take off those lbs.

B: Caramel Latte shake with almond milk

L: Hummus; Quest protein chips....don't really like them much and won't re-order

S: Click shake

D: Pork chop, carrots

S: Greek yogurt.....got a box of those Kids' Chobani yogurt tubes and froze them
