This month is starting out really good for me.  I think its because the weather is nice and weighing less than last year, Ive been doing so much more exercise (well yard work in 8-10 hr stints) than last year at this time (well that and still being early on the journey).

Last week: 199

This week: 195

And ladies don't be too hard on yourselves, you are where I want to be...

Good for you.

Glad SOMEONE'S weather is nice. it's raining here, and has rained most of the last 30 days. EVERY DAMNED DAY!

Our problem is not that we don't like where we are compared to where we started BUT...it's just in the UPPER end of where we want to stay.

Hurray for you.  I am trying hard to not gain a bunch back but it is so great to know that you have been successful at getting your regain back off.
