OK, some pretty small pants to fill, ;-), My attempt at humor, But with Roz being out on Vacation, Ill kick it off.

B-Protein Coffee (35 G P)

S- Light cheese wedge

L-Chkn Salad (2 oz)

S-Premier protein choc shake...not bad this readymade was a first for me.

Dinner Pending: but protein :)

Hey all So Mon is almost over, Speaking of which, I always groan about Mondays and a coworker said to me, "Would you rather get paid for only 4 days?"... GOOD POINT :)

Roz is probably basking in the sun sipping a cold drink.  My choice of cold drink is iced tea.  Friday my eating was so bad I was ashamed of myself.  I just knew the scale would be up 50 lbs. Saturday morning, but it wasn't.  Just hope all those carbs don't catch up with me.  I've done well since Friday.  I saw a post on another board and someone said they eat every 3 hours and avoid carbs.  I think I'm finally giving in to the fact I have to avoid carbs most of the time too.  RNYers can't eat like everyone else even if they do eat less. 

The last 3 days I've done well.  From 2008 to recently, I've liked my sweet shakes, especially Click, but I'm not able to drink them first thing in the morning.  I've gone back to protein coffee and that tastes good.  Really weird how our tastes change and I don't think there's an explanation.  I'm just now starting to eat eggs since surgery.

B:  Peanut Butter Cup shake

B2: Protein Oatmeal - really good, first time I added protein to oatmeal

L:  Black Beans & inside of Chicken Burrito

S:  Corozona Bar w/smear of peanut butter; sipping Roadside Lemonade in water

D:  ?? haven't decided

S:  Yogurt

I officially was able to start my BC pills back now just waiting to add back coffee. I was told to wait until 1 month post-op.

Went to the farm where the show is this weekend and worked so I got lots of walking in.  Then drove Teke this afternoon.

Price, do you ever drink the lemon tea protein hot?  I have Roadside Lemonade but haven't tried it hot.

I have it hot a lot in the winter.  I did it tonight with a tube of crystal light peach tea.  Just do it like you do protein coffee.  Mix it is a small amount of warm water then add to the hot tea.  If it gets too hot, it will curdle but I have good luck when I do it this way.
