Good morning Liz! The time is flying!

Good job for hanging steady, need to learn how to do that when I get rid of this regain. I always said, I am great at losing weight and gaining, just cant seem to maintain my weight!!!

Good for you!

Maintaining is hard work. It helps that my menu varies very little week to week.

Thank you for posting this. I'm 5'3" 190 and worried I wouldn't lose much.  Also I'm 56 so I've got the old age factor working against me.

Anything you regret?

No regrets so far. My metabolism was so bad before surgery that nothing else would work but WLS, but it has worked out very well.

I'm so glad I saw your reply! Im 58, 5'2" and 192 lbs.  My metabolism is so slow even though I'm on HRT.  My surgery is set for May 27 th for RNY and I have so many emotions running thru me so seeing positive posts from someone so close to my personal situation helps immensely.

I hope everything goes as smoothly for you too.  : )
