Well started the morning off spilling about 1/4 of my protein shake all over me and my car... :/

Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon and Sausage (22 protein)

Snack: 3/4 Mint Matrix Shake (25 protein)

Lunch: Arby's Roast Beef (no bun, meat only) (18 protein)

Dinner: ? Something high protein, low carb

Snack: Probably another protein shake.  Dr. said yesterday to up my protein to a minimum of 100 grams to help with the hairloss.

Vitamins: On track

Liquid: On track

Exercise: Not sure what.

Hi everyone!

Been in a snacky mood - not hungry, just bored.  I have to refrain...

Today so far:

B - coffee x2

L - last pork chop

S - SF pickle spear

S - (ugh) some PB/chocolate chips

D - not sure.  Have some chicken leftover

Water:  I'm trying real hard today...
