Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

YEAH....the weekend, holiday and first day of school is almost here!! Are you doing anything special for Labor Day?  We don't have anything planned but I'm sure we will see our DD's sometime over the weekend.  If DH will help me I"m hoping to plant and replant a few things.

I forgot my Protein Drink at home today....ugh!!!   That means I will have to double up this evening.

Drove Teke then did paperwork.  Loaded the carriage in the trailer because I have a club play day tomorrow.  Then planted the fall garden, kale, lettuce, swiss chard, collards and broccoli.  Couldn't find spinach.  Still picking beans and have a bunch to put up this weekend.  Brought in about 10 butternut and acorn squash to eat all winter.  Mostly it has been a good garden year even though it is really dry now.
