WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hi Roz.  You need to edit the title.  This isn't the 8th or Friday, lol, but I am assuming you mean today since it is a new post.

Bitter cold here and blowing snow but it won't amount to anything.  Meeting midday and paperwork.  nothing exciting.

decaf protein coffee  33g
low carb wrap, 1/2 cheese toast, 1/2 cinnamon toast
lemon tea protein  13g
protein bar 10g grabbed on the way to my meeting
taco bake, no chips
lemon tea protein  13g
pork boneless ribs, greek salad
protein shake or hot chocolate  33g

LOL - if it is Friday, I am in a lot of trouble because this cake is no where near ready!!

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Atkins Crustless Chicken Pie
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Low Carb Tortilla, Cheese, Turkey Pepperoni - 8:30 at night and just eating supper!

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  80 ozs
Miles:  None

I bought some of the frozen Atkins meals to have something this week in a hurry.  They are actually pretty good.  They are low carb but probably full of sodium and other things I don't need to be eating...
