EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

I looked at your post very early and had not a clue what I was eating yesterday, then totally forgot to come post myself.  Drove Teke in the afternoon.

decaf protein coffee 33g
protein oatmeal, blackberries, walnuts, chia
lemon tea protein 13g
fish/lettuce in 1/2 low carb pita
lemon tea protein 13g
steak, green beans, 1/2 tiny new potato
protein shake  35g
