Menus and Miles Saturday Jan. 28th

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!  

 

Morning LW's!!!   I decided it was about time to take down all my Christmas things.  I still have the bathroom to do but I haven't decided what theme I want.  It's too close to Valentines day to spend time putting it up and then having to take it down in a couple of weeks.

Maintenance:  8+ years out 

Breakfast:  Oatmeal

Protein:    Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack:      Babybel Light Cheese Round

Lunch:     

Protein:    Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack:     

Snack:      Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar

Dinner:     Going to some place called Burgetory

Snack:      Plain Popcorn

LOL, I find this hilarious, because I still haven't put away two boxes of Christmas decorations or the wreaths. They're just piled on top of my  elliptical machine. LOLOLOL And nope, I can't exercise with them on there. Hmm, I should move them this weekend. :P

Basic unplanned kinda day. 

Breakfast: Bacon/gruyere egg bites

Lunch: Chicken tortilla soup

Dinner: Steak is planned, not sure from where.

Snacks will be turkey bites, yogurt, cheese stick.

And Burgatory!?! That MENU! I'm so jealous!! 'Meat your maker' is calling my name!!!

 

I never did get to my bathroom.   I finally put the smaller light up trees away and the living room looks so bare.  I did go shopping for some new theme decorations so I then could decide which curtain to use but I didn't find anything that was worth putting the effort into.   Maybe I'll just wait another week or so and put spring up.
