WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!  

 

Afternoon LW's!!!  Fighting off the urge to have a piece of a Peach Muffin.

Breakfast:

Protein:    Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack:      Nuts, Cheese, Berries

Lunch:      Beef Vegetable Soup

Snack       Apple Slices

Dinner:    Something with Chicken

Welcome to M&M!!!!   I get sooooo excited when I see a new M&M Poster!!!   This used to be a lively post. 

I Love the variety!

My target is 60-80g. At only 6 weeks post op I need to get a shake to boost up my protein!

I just couldn't get all my Protein in without my Good Whey Protein Shakes.  During the losing stage I drank 4 Protein drinks a day which added up to 140 grams a day.  I didn't count any of the Proteins I got from food.  They were just a bonus.

Who's Birthday?  I'm having a surprise Birthday/Retirement party for Don Friday evening.  I'm trying to come up with something creative for his cake and it just isn't happening.
