WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Boring day at work! I guess I should enjoy it because tomorrow could be a nightmare! I told DH to hide all of the extra candy before I get home...LOL YES....I lost my senses.......

Dinner: Roast in crock pot with 1/2 cup mashed potatoes

Hello LWs. I had a glorious day yesterday!! I took the doggies for a good walk in the morning and then spent the rest of the day on the deck in my swing chair reading a book! Got a little sun burnt!! I wanted to go to the gym but couldn't bring myself to go in outta the sun! That's my excuse anyway!!

Tonight I'm going with a couple of girlfriends to a Paint Nite. We opted for dinner as well, so mine will be fish and salad (had to pre-order). I used to do crafty painting so hopefully I don't suck at this! Its a glass of red wine on the arm of an Adirondack chair on the beach!

Eats today

B - 3 oz beef, 1 egg

S - 2 oz blueberries, greek yogurt

L - caramelized onion and swiss meatballs

S - deli turkey

D - fish and salad

Have a great day.

Breakfast - Light Greek yogurt

Lunch - Sashimi (salmon - 85g)

Afternoon Snack - Hard boiled egg

Dinner - chicken breast (3 oz) and zoodles (half a zucchini ish)

Evening snack - Chicken larb (about 1/3 cup)

Total Calories 450, 16 carbs, 62 g protein.

Exercise - I'm still just walking - I walk down a couple of flights of stairs, across the basement of the office building, up one flight, then I take the elevator up the next one. I must say, the only time I feel like I've had major surgery recently, is when I'm trying to climb steps!!!
