Pre-B - 3 protein coffees (90g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S -
L - protein shake (30g)
S - snack sized popcorn
D - baked fish and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

MILES:
standing at the computer all day

Been missing you so I decided to post early when I posted on the DS board this morning. Wouldn't you know it would be the day... lol

I hope all is well at your house.

I'm sorry I have been missing. DH has been having a hard time. We go to another Neurosurgeon tomorrow.

The last DR. (a nerve Dr. I think) we went to wrote "failed surgery" on the script. We are anxious to see if this Surgeon agrees with all of the tests.

He has been having very realistic dreams. He says none of his meds have changed. Last night I heard a crash and he was laying on the floor with blood on his nose and back. Our double mirrored sliding closet door was completed crashed. There was glass all over the floor. He spent the day cleaning up the mess and I spent the day worrying about what is going on.

I figured something was going on and I worry about you guys. I hope they can get him sorted out quickly. Swinging lizards, Roz.

I worry about our posters too. I was pretty upset when Jody, Linda and Price stopped posting. I do check them out of FB every once in awhile just to see if they are ok.
