I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Snack: Plain Popcorn (my file drawer smells like popcorn)

B - 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of BBQ

S - deli chicken with slice of light marble

L - chicken Caesar salad (all ingredients weighed/measured), 2 oz blueberries w. 2 tbsp. light whipped topping (a little treat)

S - 2 HB eggs

D - hamburger patty with cheese and mustard

Total Cal 1176, Carbs 18, protein 105

ok, I have been reading your posts for a while and thinking "wow, she likes those mint cookies"

Today I decided to google it, had no idea it was protein powder

Sounds great, it has fantastic reviews, so I've decided to order it (harder to find up here in Canada)
