Up and made it the gym this morning. Not much on the go today. Work is really slow this time of year so the days are super long and boring.

L - sautéed peppers/onion, chicken breast, cheese, sour cream

S - deli turkey and cheese slice, mustard

Thanks Ginny! I went home sick yesterday with a terrible Sinus headache. It's a lot better today.
