Went out with my kids and had a great day.

B- Chocolate/peanut butter protein powder with unsweetened almond milk

S- cheese string

L- Starbucks Eggs sous-vide (Bacon & Gruyere)

S- mango

D- Turkey, gravy, and a half slice of rye toast

S- s/f pudding
