WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Afternoon LW's!!!! Just got my hair colored!!! I wish they would come home with an affordable long lasting hair color! Permanent coloring would be wonderful...although the older I get the light "dark" brown I go with....LOL. Fortunately my DD does mine and today she did all over and highlights. I usually color the roots and she does the highlights. I have off today because I had to get a Brain Scan. My V B-12 levels are rising and I do notice an improvement in my memory but the Dr. wants to rule out some other things. DH gets pain shots in his back in a few hours so it's been a productive "sick" day for me.

My scales are looking good and my stress level seems to be dropping some.

I hope the brain scan gives you some answers as to what is going on.

I love getting my hair done, thats always a day I feel super pretty.
