WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's!!!! I woke up this morning wondering how you were all doing? Yesterday I was checking out different Protein Powders. I guess just like everything else the prices have gone up considerably. BUT then I consider how much I would be spending for fast food, junk food and Diet Pepsi and I guess it's not that bad. Off to start my day. Have a Great Successful One!!!

agreed, protein is so pricey, but better than unhealthy alternatives.

B- Chocolate/Peanut butter protein with unsweetened almond milk

S- nectarine

L- Ham

S- Banana

D- chicken and salad

S- crustless pumpkin protein pie (recipe I found online)

You are right but I have a hard time thinking about that. I'm sure snacks for a week probably add up to more than a bag of Protein.
