wow I haven't been here for years but but happened to this group. This group was my main support line. Where I went everyday for answers. There use to be at least 10 new post a day now only 1 every month if that. I do miss my old friends on here. For your Newbies this place was the best forum before. Make it your own. You only have a small window with this surgery.

The "normal" response would be a BMI of under 40.. but this forum was always open to all.
Yes, I was lucky when I started on my journey this forum was VERY active. I got all my support here as I didn't live close to my Surgeon's office.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
