I have had sleep issues for awhile now....both pre-op & post op.   Im soooo exhausted & fall asleep instantly.  But then after sleeping for a few hours, Im wide awake.  Ive heard soooo many horror stories about Ambien that Im afraid to try it.   I hope you find something that works for you.  Cindy

Its funny.....growing up we lived in a little village....... where all the neighbors knew everyone....you could leave your doors unlocked.... we had a little vol fire dept and a drive in movie, but thats it.  No street lights, no grocery store, no police dept, no mayor, ect.  I always thought it was the most boring place on earth!  I couldnt wait to grow up and move out!!!   I got married, moved away, had 2 kids, then 3 yrs later moved right back into that little village....next door to where I grew up.  Now my youngest (16 yrs old) is complaining how boring this place is and how she cant wait to move somewhere more exciting  lol.     Cindy

We went to a picnic at my Sis-in-laws.    My hunger level is at 0.  I have no desire to eat at all.   However seeing all that food...... the burgers, the dogs, potato salad, macaroni salad, baked beans, ect.....and dont even get me started on the desserts!!!!!!!   had me asking "what did I do to myself!?"    I dont have any regrets...its just that I was mourning my old eating habits.   I know it will get better when I can once again eat semi-normal food.  But dang, today sure was rough.   Cindy

Im feeling really well, Thanks.   Im actually surprised at how well I feel.   I got the grumbling belly but pain wise, Im amazed.  My belly just feels like I did wayyyyyy too many sit ups.   I get tired very easily though.  But so far, no complaints or regrets  :)      Cindy
