    Love playing in the dirt. Last night bike night, tonight surprise 60th for a friend at work. Tomorrow my son's 16th birthday party and sunday, I hope to get out in the yard.

    Doing well with staying away from the carbs, but it is a deliberate process.

    Been cooking a placing things in single serve containers, so I can just grab and go.

    No skinny jeans here yet. Think since I have the carb monster under control, I need to start tracking my calories along with my protein. I have to say though, my pms symptoms have not started yet, so it must be related to the poor diet I was eating.

    I also need to start doing more cardio I think, need to get rid of the muffin top.

    Why did the weight seem to come back all around my middle?

    Getting ready today for my son's 16th birthday party tomorrow. Temptation will be everywhere!

    You are soooo not alone Price, especially if I am too hungry and eat too fast, I pay dearly.

    About 2 weeks ago, I over did it on macadamia nuts  that I havent had since preop, I wish I could have taken it back.

    Just got home from work. I will be with my mom on monday, and take her out to lunch.

    1. I try to wait atleast 15 to 30 minutes before eating, so I can fill up on protein. If I dont, I get full too fast, then hungry too soon.

    2. I wait 30 to 60 minutes after eating, if I do any sooner, I seem to feel hungry too soon.

    3.I think it really helps me focus on feeling full and stops me from grazing.

    4. I am not sure if its just a rny rule.

    I see the scale as another tool in our arsenal. I know the scale can fluctuate, but I do know how my clothes fit and how I feel. I just need to keep all things in perspective. Especially since I chose to ignore the scale and the rules. Regain is my reality, but am aware and working on it.

    I think I now will adopt the 5 pound rule.

    I was on a liquid diet for 2 weeks before my surgery. I also was required to lose a certain amount of weight before that, so I don't remember having a last meal.

    Be reasonable and have something you will enjoy.

    No more chronic shoulder/upper back pain since my breasts are no longer so large.

    I love doing yoga

    Doing house/yard work is so much easier

    More confident in general

    Getting back on the motorcycle with my husband
