I'm here and I did track yesterday, just didn't post here :( I now set my browser to open this and the dailyplate upon opening, so hopefully I will be better about it.
Has anyone else tried the Light & Fit greek yogurt? OMG so delicious. Finally a flavored greek yogurt that I can eat. I dump so I can't eat regular flavored greek yogurt, and I find plain to taste like eating sour cream!

I will start checking in. I guess in order to switch my support program I have to pay $140 to meet with the nutritionist to get started. Worth it for sure, but not the best time (back to school, 3 birthdays in a row, etc). I am going to do it though because I am worth it!!!
