    If you read my profile... you will see that I once went to a Dahn Yoga class. Although the physical exercise was good, I couldnt continue classes with them because of their cult-like pressure to increase my membership and to go to expensive 'special classes'. These special classes were similar to brainwashing sessions and were supposed to help you on your way to 'enlightenment'. Once I heard that woed... LOL... I beat feet out of there as fast as I could. I was wondering if anyone else had experiences with Dahn Yoga facilities out there.

    LOL, I have a yoga instructor that is too laid back. After our beginning yoga classes he said he didn't care if we came back or not that he did it for the joy of doing yoga. I almost took offense - like he doesn't want me back? I think his point was that you can do this on your own or with a group. Classes are great but to truly live it you need daily practice. We spent the first four weeks learning to listen to our breathing.
