 exercise a minimum of 4 times a week for 45 minutes.  Take a family picture.  My goal is to weigh 175lbs  Go up a flight a stairs at work and not feel like death afterwards!  Achieve BMI of 29.9 or less in March 2007  lose my weight and then get a boob job. I want perky boobs. I hate gravity.  feel and look healthy.  I would like to reach 175 lbs.  Start jogging  hit 142 lbs, which will make me half of my original weight!  Get my BMI under 30!  To have my breat redone because I am not happy with them at all!  Continue to go to the gym to strengthen my back so I can fix my bulging discs  Reach the Century club!  Gain a healthier "Me", free of diabetes, high blood pressure and constant pain.  Be able to shop in "normal" clothing stores  To find a good job!  get re-filled and start losing as well as I did prior to de-fill!  Have more self confidence!  Prove to my insurance that I'm a great candidate for the weight loss surgery  Weigh under 250 lbs!  To become healthy...Enjoy life once again  Finish weight letter, fax paperwork to PCP.  start living a happier, heathier life!!!!!!!!!!  Join a gym, and workout regularly.  Have defined arms like my personal trainer as a result of weight training  loose good amt of weight and be happy and healthy  Feel comfortable with myself  Buy some bikes and go bike riding with my husband  wear high heels again  be a size 8-10 and wear a bikini....  to be happy to get into a size 14  Be healthy and happy!  feel better about myself and improve my health  journal food, water, and exercise daily  Go back to college & earn my BS in Business Administration.  Get down to 135lbs!!!  walk wherever I want, and not have it hurt!  [link=http://www.Tic kerFactory.com/exerc ise/wlEzLl0/]  Flirt with my husband and feel confident about it  Not be sooo self conscious about my body  Become all I can be, mind, body and spirit.  Be an inspiration to others.  Lose the last 15 lbs to my goal of 160. It suddenly seems within reach!  To think positive thoughts about my upcoming surgery.  Have Plastic Surgery ( tummy tuck ).  To be able to walk and talk at the same time  Get my tummy tuck and the girls lifted in 2007!  Weigh under 300 lbs.  fit into a size 10
