 HAVE THE SURGERY!!!  Join a gym, and workout regularly.  be at 180 lbs. by 4/17/07  get some plastic surgery done...  try and lose 60 pounds on my own then if impossible, I'm considering lap band  be able to by regular size clothes.  To start living life instead of existing.  to weigh 250  To lose enough weight so illnesses I have caused by obesity will go away  make exercise a daily part of my life!  get to 199lbs  be a size 8-10 and wear a bikini....  not be the biggest person in the crowd.  Go back to college & earn my BS in Business Administration.  Take a family picture.  walk wherever I want, and not have it hurt!  be at 200 lbs. by 3/17/07  look hot someday!!  To be happy and enjoy my children & family.  To think positive thoughts about my upcoming surgery.  To Wear a thong....then take it off...OUCH  be in the picture, not behind the camera.  shop in a boutique that is not for big gals!  wear high heels again  Remain compliant on my plan for 6 months- Short term goal!  lose my weight and then get a boob job. I want perky boobs. I hate gravity.  fit into a denim skirt I wore when I was 22  take a trip to tropical place and wear a swimsuit.  Ride a horse again  Lose 10 lbs & get in better physical condition by my May 3rd WLS date.  exercise to tighten and minimize extra flab and skin; belly, bat wings, etc.  start dancing again!  stop sweating so much with basic activity  Become all I can be, mind, body and spirit.  To become healthy...Enjoy life once again  Start rollerskating  lose 100 pounds in one year  Gain a healthier "Me", free of diabetes, high blood pressure and constant pain.  Losing 15 lbs before surgery.  Take my first hot air balloon ride without fear(s).  wear shorts and/or a tank top this summer.  Walk, stretch, move  get to a healthy weight & live long!!  find strength from God to continue this battle  Wear a bathing suit again!  polish my own toenails.  Have a great recovery and follow all the Docs directions  Get my BMI under 30!  fit into a size 10  where nice golf attire, like everyone else at work.
