 Love myself for who I am and not what I look like!  Lose 75 pounds!!!  Go to an amusement park and be able to enjoy myself and my family  Exercise 5 days a week  get down to at least 200 lbs.  Get Psych Eval  Lose my first 100 pounds this year!!  To see justice done.  Keep exercising 4-5 days per week and keep eating up my healthy eating.  Walk for 30 minutes as fast as I can, at least three times each week.  HAVE COLLAR BONE  Fulfill the Great Commission  To be the best friend, wife and mother that I can possibly be - FOREVER!  To make each day the best that it can be.  loose 100 pounds in 2007  Wear a Victoria's Seceret bra  Make someone laugh everyday!  stay healthy  go skiing  Learn to LOVE exercise  Wash dishes without my back hurting  weigh what says on my drivers license  To reach my goal weight by Christmas 2009!  Know what it feels like to walk without my thighs rubbing together  To begin taking daily walks and get some exercise!  to be grateful daily for my DS  Get a lead age appropriate part in a play.  Lose 50 pounds!!  Fit behind a steering wheel and drive again!  reach the weight that I was when I got married  TO REACH MY DOCTORS GOAL WEIGHT  weigh under 180 lbs  wear a pair tall boots that fit my calf comfortably  survive the first week post-op  To be under 200lbs  take a pole dancing class and look HOTT dancing  Not qualify for surgery anymore  Get insurance approval for lap-band  To learn something new, and to do more reading and more drawing.  be able to bring my knee to my cheast with ease so I can paint my toenails  Have self confidence  to fit into a size 7  To get to a weight of about 150 pounds  Get letter from my PCP  Control what I eat and not let food control me!  Lose ten percent of pre-op weight  Weigh under 190 pounds  have CONTROL over my body and my weight and my feelings towards food, forever!  conceive children  Not take weight loss for granted.
