 my goal is to be at goal by one year out or be pretty close.  climb stairs without losing my breath  canoeing this summer and snowskiing next winter  Feel sexy again  make myself proud that I finally acomplished the goal of weight loss.  Weigh 199 lbs  save enough money to buy a bike for summer and a gym pass for the winter!  Organize my house  stop taking my high blood pressure meds  Weigh 145 lbs (BMI < 25!!)  Lose enough wait in order to have the surgery. Which is around 40 -50 lbs  To workout faithfully everyday and to continue eating healthy.  Live to be 99.  to be able to buy towels that aren't as big as bedspreads.  Visit WDW weighing less than 200 lbs.  Weigh 299 pounds  get some exercise every day  be under 200 lbs before the end of the year.  Give myself my own Pedicures  go to a water park and not feel ashamed  Be able to ride my horse again!  dance all night in high heels  Begin a consistent exercise plan  To feel better about about myself and be a better me.  I want to slide down the slide with my daughter at the park!!  wear my wedding dress again  Ride a horse on the beach  Become a Police Officer  Ride a bike again  exercise more.  Sit with my legs crossed and have them just stay there on their own!  go back to work at least part time.  wear a belt  165  loose enough weight to live a healthy and active life!!!  Lose 100 pounds!!  Weigh 174 lbs (BMI <30!!)  get healthier and have more energy  become healthy, happy, and rejuvenated!  Get rid of my acid reflux  Stay healthy. Get in 85 grams of Protein daily and lots of water.  Be able to walk without getting out of breath  Achieve and maintain a healthy weight  be healthy and weigh 140 lbs.  Travel to Europe  Wear that sexy outfit haning in the closet  be the best that I can be with regards to my new lifestyle.  Go on a cross-country road trip  learn how to snowboard  Loss 10 pounds by March 31, 2007
