I want to reach this goal so I can talk to the plastic surgeon about a tummy tuck...I have 20 pounds to go...It's been hard to exercise as I was mostly walking and running and now it's in the negative degrees, so....I think I need to join the gym!!!

I want to reach this goal; however, I am a slow loser or maybe am sabotaging my weight loss. I have been post op since3/10/08. Start weight 319; as of today only down to 283. I need to hook up with some NUT advice. Basically, since my post op there hasn't been any follow up with NUT regarding diet. If anyone out there has a diet packet they could post or email I would appreciate. Dr. Baker's office is poor about returning calls and follow up.

New here and here is my thing. Had the surgery two years ago and got myself to 190lb while I was pregnant. Since then, my weight has gradually crept to 215.
I didn't go through all this to be a 200 lb woman....My goal right now is 150 at the very least. I do know I need to exercise more for starters but have problem with diet. Not supposed to drink coffee or have chocolate but sadly, I do. When I first had the surgery I wouldn't eat anything with sugar unless it was natural like fruit. Wouldn't eat breads or pizza crust, drink coffee or drink pop. Since then, I still have given up pop completely. As I said am back to being a coffee fiend. Crave breads and things these days. Maybe I am secretly sabataging myself? I do know that I a more depressed than ever and feel like I'm just existing again, rather than enjoying life. Need a good diet plan, someone to hold me accountable with a good shoulder. I would like to eventually have a tummy tuck and learn to belly dance. Feel like I will never reach that goal....Anyone wanting to help me out here, please let me know.

Im exciting goal for me to reach is to weigh 135 lbs. I want to get my belly buttton pierced one day!

It has been almost 2 years since my surgery (lapband) and i have lost 75 pounds. I have 72 more to go. I feel like I am never going to do this.

I have lost 90 pounds since surgery last July. My goal is to be at 150 by July, 2009 but seems impossible.

I have steadily lost since my op 12/08 and am down to 180lbs and size 14. I'm very grateful and want to get to 150 by June.

I've lost 45 lbs in one year and it may be pushing it to try for 29 more - to 150 - in six months - but that's my goal.

I am working hard to lose 60 more lbs to reach 135. I don't know how long it will take me to reach 150, but I am determined. I had the lap band surgery on 11/10/11. Weight loss has not been what I thought it would be, but it is happening. We can do this together.
