Haven't had a carbonated beverage since March 1, 2013.
Taking small steps but still have a ways to go!
First the caffeine goes and then the carbonation is to follow.
This is going to be tuff, but I CAN DO IT!
I need to move away from the carbonation and the artificial sweeteners. I am starting with this.
I am a diet mountain dew addict!!!! 6 to 9 cans a day for years. Will be hard but needs to be done.
I've stopped drinking all pop aka soda as of 8/1/1.0 No more.
Stopped February 2011 ... miss those bubbles, but they've got to go.
I bought "Sugar Free" Hawaiian Punch yesterday, this one should be a BREEZE.
Made it through day 1. Piece of cake.
