It's been over 5 years since I have been on the lower side of the 200s. Can't wait!

I want to lose 50 pounds before I see my surgeon in September 2013

This is a very realistic goal as I only went over 250 lbs during the Holidays

This would be a great milestone.

Next big number I would like to get under is 250. Move the big weight over to 200!
