I have gained two lbs since eating a little bit of solid foods again. I pray that I go back to losing weight at a good pace. Today, I start my exercise program. Michelle.

I lost the extra weight. I crossed my legs yesterday, it was nice. I need to start running. Michelle.

I have lost 37 lbs. I have been doing Zumba, but no running yet. I am wearing a size 12 pants, so I can shop in a regular store. I had better get running to meet my goal.

I have lost the 2 lbs, but I am at a standstill. I pray that the weight keeps coming off. Michelle.

I started jogging a little to a DVD. I am working up to it. I lost four inches on my waist, yay! I was frustrated about slow weight loss, but that is a good thing. Michelle.

I have lost 35 lbs so far. I am going to try running on the treadmill. It is too cold out to run out there.
