  • My weight has caused back pain and knee pain so that when I get down, I cannot get up. I want to be free to get down to the kids' level and enjoy it.

  • I took my first yoga class a week ago and then took a palates class and another yoga yesterday. I plan to sit on the floor & play w/the kids.
