Go to the gym, 3-4 times a week. Stick to my eating regime
I would like to reach my goal weight by my daughters 18th B-day and then go to Disneyland!

I have struggled for years to get to, and stay at (or around), 150lbs. I'm FINALLY going to do it!
I am 241 at 10 days post rny and I want to reach 150.
Right now I'm weighing myself once a wk. I think 5lb goals a wk to 2wk is a good mini goal.

I know that this is not going to be easy, but I am worth it, and i will make it happen!!!!!
I will be 50 yrs old on June 19, 2011, my goal is to weigh 150lbs by then. I am now @ 255 on 7/3/10
I would be happy with 150-160 and/or size 10-14.
I know I can do it if I stick to it!
Got down to 190 then went up to 240 now i am 220 on my way to my goal.
wow - if i can do this by my 61st birthday, I will be thrilled!
