Started at super morbid obesity. Now I am just obese. This is next!
I'll be overweight at 158 pounds
When I started out, I had a BMI of 51, "super obese". My most recent goal is to be "overweight".
For me that means 174 pounds
current bmi is 34, but at my heaviest I was 49.5
finaly be overweight and not obese. I would like to do this before my 6 mo appt with the surgeon
