I've been running for 10 months now. I've gone from not being able to run 1/4 of a mile to running 4 miles at a time!

I've only just started this goal. In August I participated in the Irongirl 5k series. I walked it in about 58 minutes. I want to work up to running.

1 month post op. When should I start traing? Still a little sore in the abdominal region.
