Slowly start an exercise routine

Going to the Y and signing up. Take one class per week to begin for the first 1(ish) months. Then increasing classes as I can physically handle it. I eventually want to be taking at least 3 classes per week, or working on my pt on my own 3 times per week.

Just by enjoying the journey, don't put to much pressure on myself. I will try to find things I enjoy and is achievable to continue for my whole life. Not just until I lose all the weight. Keep it sustainable!
