I want to feel better about my body. Not for others, but for myself!

After WLS I lost 130 lbs. Since then I have gained 50lbs. I need to lose the extra wt. gain.

I need to stop living in the past as a "fat" woman and work hard on who i am and want to become.

I want to start feeling better and loose my weight
