I plan on taking it one meal at and time and being very strict with myself.
I WANT TO LEARN HOW NOT TO BE A JUNK FOOD EATER. EATING HEALTHIER TO BECOME MORE ACTIVE. BCUZ I LOVE TO DANCE
Think about being able to take my boys to the park and actually be able to play with them. Being able to go to world Jamboree and not being so tired from walking around and participating.
I weigh weekly.
I plan to track everything I eat and be strict on my bari-diet. I will avoid going to restaurants and making sure I get my protein and exercise in!
By walking every chance I have, eating less, making better choices, and show my family that I can do it for myself and for them.
Small steps. Rewards that do NOT involve food. Instead I'm going to reward myself with LUSH products. Also, weight loss surgery as one of the tools to help in getting healthy.
Keep moving, drinking my water and follow correct lifestyle food change for me
I am planning my wedding so I have that inspiration to look and feel great walking down the aisle.
