I have a problem with "closet" eating and binging which totally kill any progress I make.
I am right in the midst of understanding my addiction to food. This is a major goal.
I don't want food to stop me from reaching my goals, and avoid impulsive/compulsive overeating.
I still struggle with my addiction to food. I am still bombarded with thoughts of food.
I'm Italian/Irish, and you know me love to eat. I will not let this have power over my life anymore.
