I need to start too this lady I know she had the gastric and she said the best thing to do is tone since the surgery is ment to make you lose weight..

I WAKE UP EVERYDAY WITH A VERY BRIGHT ATTIDTUDE THAT I AM STILL HERE AND WANT TO TAKE IN EVERYTHING. I WALK 10 MIN. IN THE MORNING, 10 MIN. AT LUNCH AND 10 MIN. AFTER MY LAST MEAL.

I had the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass on May 20th 2008. So far I have lost 40 lbs but I feel that I am starting to go back to some old habits. I started munching during the day. I dont want to go back where I came from. Any help??

I haven't had my gastric bypass. I just had my first visit with the dietician. And have appt with the psychologist. I having knee surgery Wednesday.

Had the R n Y surgery on Monday, Aug 9th, 2010! Lost 5 lbs so far. I'm trying to be patient and have faith that I will be losing.
