Use reminders on phone. Keeping track of how many I have consumed
Take a 1/2 gallon water bottle to work with me. Drink one at work. Drink one at home.
Keep a container of water near me at all times!
Always have my 32oz water bottle, fill twice a day Drink herbal tea No more coffee after 5pm
look in the mirror
I will order only water when I go to restaurants. I will stock up the closet with water at work and home. I will spend the extra money to buy the water that I prefer (I really like Fiji water)
If I want to keep losing weight, I must drink more water...!
Change my bad drinking habits to the way it should and needs to be.
I need to continue to lose weight. I must get my water in!!

I am so ready to accomplish this it puts me one step closer to having my surgery
Somedays I can reach the goal and some days I fall short...I just have to keep trying to perfect it!
