I have joined a club but have not yet solidified the work out habit.
Hold myself accountable
remembering that working out will help with my back and hip pain keeping my workout bag in my car so I can go to the gym right after work
work out 3x per week while on preop diet
after I hurt my back and didnt goto the gym for 2 weeks.... here I go again!!
my goal is 12 wks of zumba 3x a week b4 I mark as accomplished. I'm on wk 3!!
This will help me prepare for my "other" goal - to run a 5k.
I have ALWAYS wanted to do this - I start & then I give up after a month. BOREDOM maybe.
I'm starting on Monday, July 9th. I have a membership at Golds' that I've left unused for too long.
