I have been using a Fitbit for a month. I want to out walk these skinny people!
I am aiming to exercise (30 or more) for 100 days in a row. They say you have to create a habit!
I used to go the gym daily when I first had my surgery, now I don't get any in and i'm feeling it.
I will walk a minimum of 1 hr daily. Every week I will gradually pick up pace, until I'm jogging.
I want to make this a part of my daily routine without fail
Sincere motivation needed to do this goal.
walking and hour a day on the treadmill. When I do this everyday I have good success.
Exercise every day, even if only 10 minutes at a time.
Need to make sure this includes stretching and strength training.
need to reestablish this goal, slipped after gall bladder surgery then developed ulcers.
