Loose 15-20 lbs before surgery would be awsome.

It should be relatively easy. I'm down to chicken only right now, and next week I start a liquid only. I've thrown away everything else in my kitchen food-wise. Now I'm going to start on the dishes and cups. I need to replace my huge cups and plates with much smaller versions. It's all in the preparation :)
