Well im doin it!Im not jumping in to it with all 4s cause well lets face jumping is an exercise HAHAH.Anyways im doin 30 minutes of walking almost 3 times a week.You know I hate doing but once its done you feel so much more alive.I just started at a gym.I even have a physical trainer.I did it the right way though,I had them give me a pretty little patite girl that I can chase around the track HAHAHAHAHA GOOD LUCK MY FRIENDS!!!!!!
I have been doing Zumba about 5 times a week. It is fun, and it is a great workout. I work out with weights as well. I take weekends off because of my schedule, but I would like to continue on the weekends. Keep up the good work everyone. Michelle.
