Stay logged on to forums and support groups.
I plan on accomplishing this goal by following my Dr. guidelines on diet and exercise.
I am using a couple of work applications on my phone
follow all instructions and plans
eat properly, drink more water, exercise more, believe in myself and do this!
Almost 3 years posopt RNY and I've gained weight. Gone from 158lbs to 170lbs. Ready to lose 10lbs!

Dr. says 5'10" & 149 lbs I think 5'10" & 160 is fantastic
