I did it again. I worked out 45 mins today 30 mins on the treadmill and 15 mins doing weights for my arms and thighs. I need to get tight and solid, too jiggly right now. I feel great and very encouraged 2 days out of 3!!! Yeah ME!!
At it again, did the gym today 46 mins of activity. My right lel from the knee down were hurting today, but I just kept on going. I was on the treadmill and I think I had the incline to high for me. Will keep the level down until I am able to progress pain free. The best thing is that before my VSG surgery I couldn't dod ANYTHING because of my right knee arthritis. Thanks to surgery, I have worked out on the treadmill at a pace of 3-3.5 for 30mins. Plus do some weights and I am excited and proud of me.
BEST of luck to everyone. One day down 2 more to go. Exercise really make me feel great!! I used to do Zumba and elliptical for one hour and weights and I miss that My ultimate goal is to be a Zumba instructor!!! A work in progress, but with GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!!! pEACE
I completed my workout for today 45 mins..38 mins on the treadmill at 3.0-3.5 mostly. Day #2 for this week. Got side tracked yesterday with an early morning class and the dog. So put in my workout today. I DON'T WANT to let myslef down and I WILL NOT LET MYSELF DOWN!!! DEetermined and focused!!!!
