Weight in may 287 weight now 263.8 must weigh 262 for surgery almost there
My goal is to start exercising at least 30 minutes everday so that I can build up to do it longer.
I know once i start it will be easy. getting started is the hard part.
I have started this on November 19th. So far so good!
