I am 2 years post op RNY and plan on working out 5 days a week to get fit.
Will walk in Park after dropping off kids for school. Can & will be done.
30-45 min each time
I love the feeling I get after I exercise and 5 days a week is the great for the heart.
Even if it's just walking for 20 minutes a day. . anything is better than what I have been doing!
